Nigel Farage’s income since being elected MP has hit £2m, analysis shows

Since being elected as MP for Clacton in July 2024, Nigel Farage has accumulated approximately £2m in income on top of his parliamentary salary through various financial interests including speaking fees, Cameo appearances, and gold bullion promotion. This analysis comes as Farage faces scrutiny over a previously undeclared £5m gift from Reform UK's major donor Christopher Harborne before the 2024 election, which Farage claims was a personal, non-political gift used for security costs. Farage's outside earnings place him among a small group of MPs able to leverage their status for significant external income, comparable to Boris Johnson's £5m earnings during his post-premiership period.
