Friday

Friday is a holy day in Islam, just like church on Sunday for Christians, we as Muslims go to the mosque. We go to pray and to listen to a sermon which provides a reminder for the week. Something to help keep you going, some motivation. A piece of advice. A truth, something important.

Society as a whole has lost that. Those who believe, many don’t go to church or mosque or synagogues or anything like that, I didn’t. Worship changed. A lot of time was being spent online. And so it’s important to bring people back because everyone is in need of a reminder. People should be reminded of why we’re here.
